Miguel Alves Pereira is an assistant professor at IST ULisboa. He earned his doctoral degree in Engineering and Management in 2021 at the same institution. His main interests concern business analytics and operational research / management science and their applications to health, water and sanitation, sustainability, climate change, energy, justice, and education. He is the author of 21 scientific publications, as well as an ad hoc reviewer in 59 international peer-reviewed journals.
