Eda ÇELA PhD, was graduated from the Faculty of Law in Tirana MSc in Public Law (11.2012-07.2014) and the Bachelor's studies in the same faculty, (10-2009-10.2012)

From 03.208-03.2022 has accomplished Ph.D. studies in Legal Principles and Institutions between Global Markets and Fundamental Rights, from the University Aldo Moro, Bari, Italy with curriculum: Fundamental rights, power and government of territory and has defended the thesis: Judicial Review of the Constitutional Court of Albania. Some comparative aspects.

Eda has a long experience working in higher education institutions and also as an expert in different organizations in Albania like OSCE, Swiss Contact, AADF, Junior Achievement Albania, Tjetër Vizion, etc.

Her research activity is mainly focused on constitutional law, and human rights, social sciences, and has a distinguished research contribution as an author or co-author in articles, papers, and book chapters. Recently, Eda is engaged in advocating through being part of the Women's Network "Equality in Decision Making".
